Before joining Analogic in 2018, Tom held several senior leadership positions at L3 Technologies, a leading provider of a broad range of communication, electronic, and sensor systems used on military, homeland security, and commercial platforms. Most recently, Tom served as senior vice president of Security Solutions at L3. Prior to that he was sector president, Security Group and, before that, president, Security and Detection Systems. Tom received an MBA from Hofstra University following a BA from the College of Holy Cross.
Andrew joined Analogic in 2020. In 2022, Andrew became chief of staff and vice president of strategy.
A senior leader with deep experience in strategy development and deployment, M&A execution, and operational excellence, he has held various operations, general manager, strategy, and corporate development roles throughout a 22-year career.
Before joining Analogic, Andrew was senior vice president of strategy and M&A at Sanmina. Prior to that he was vice president of operations for Melrose Industries. While acting as vice president of operations for Melrose, he acted as the interim president of Broan-NuTone, LLC, one of Melrose’s portfolio companies. Prior to Melrose’s acquisition of Nortek, Andrew worked for Nortek in numerous progressive roles, from legal counsel to vice president of corporate development.
He received his BA from Holy Cross and his JD from Roger Williams University.
Will joined Analogic in 2012 as finance director for the company’s Ultrasound Business. In 2015 he was named senior director, financial planning and analysis. Prior to joining Analogic, Will was director of finance, precision motion and technologies at GSI Group (now Novanta), and held multiple financial leadership roles at Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates (now a division of Applied Materials) as well as financial and operational roles at a number of technology start-ups. He earned an MBA in finance and accounting from New York University, Stern School of Business, and a BA in Economics from Cornell University and was a Certified Public Accountant.
Lisa joined Analogic in 2024 and holds the position of senior director of human resources. Lisa has over 25 years of experience across all areas of strategic and operational HR, with emphasis on aligning business and talent strategies and elevating organizations through transformational change.
Lisa’s diverse experience spans various industries and organizational structures. Prior to joining Analogic, Lisa served as the head of human resources for Draeger, a global medical device and safety equipment manufacturing company. Her additional experience includes serving as Senior director HR Americas region and strategic global HR business partner for a major division of MKS Instruments, a manufacturer of instrumentation, subsystems, systems, process control and specialty chemicals, strategic global HR director and business partner for Cabot Corporation, a specialty chemical manufacturing company, and senior director and HR business partner for Quintiles/IQVIA, the world’s largest biopharmaceutical services provider. She has worked for organizations ranging from small, family-owned companies to large, publicly traded organizations.
Lisa earned her BSBA from Merrimack College and her master’s degree from Lesley University.
LeeAnn joined Analogic in 2020 and holds the position of vice president of business development. LeeAnn has over 25 years of domestic and international business development and executive management experience in diverse industries such as telecommunications, homeland security, defense, and aerospace. Prior to joining the company, she was vice president, business development, Defense/Aerospace/Space/Security at Sanmina Corporation, a global manufacturing organization. Before Sanmina, LeeAnn held the position of President & CEO of SureScan Corporation for more than a decade, a company that developed and certified a stationary gantry, multi-energy explosive detection system (EDS) for hold baggage. LeeAnn began her career in the telecommunications industry with Bolt, Beranek, & Newman in Stuttgart, Germany.
LeeAnn earned her bachelor of arts degree in Business Administration from Methodist University.
Jason has over 20 years’ experience in medical imaging technologies with a focus on CT. He joined Analogic in 2015 as senior director, product management in the medical CT group. Before then, he was vice president of marketing for Alpha Imaging and led the global CT product portfolio at Philips Healthcare.
Jason received a BS in electrical engineering from Grove City College and an MBA in marketing and finance from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
Tahir Naeem joined Analogic in July 2024 to spearhead Analogic's strategic initiative of expanding their technology stack to the Semiconductor Industry. He brings over 14 years of Product Management, Sales, and R&D Experience in the Semiconductor industry.
Prior to joining Analogic, Tahir served as the Director of Global Product Management for Comet Group's Plasma Control Technology Division. He has also worked for Sensirion, and Adtec in various Technical and Sales roles.
He has extensive experience in designing, developing, marketing and selling RF Generators, RF Impedance Matching Units, VI Sensors, and Variable Vacuum Capacitors to help ensure consistent, stable and repeatable plasma generation.
His strong leadership drives growth through innovation, fosters a positive team environment that is vital as organizations scale, and ensures customer satisfaction. Holding a degree in Electrical Engineering from Cardiff University, Tahir brings a robust network within the semiconductor industry and a proven track record of design and commercial successes.
Tom joined Analogic in 2025 as President of the Power Tech Division, where he leads the company’s precision motion control business, Copley Controls, as well as its power division.
Prior to joining Analogic, Tom led the Laser Systems Division at IPG Photonics, a leading provider of high-performance fiber lasers and laser systems serving the semiconductor and medical device markets.
In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Tom has founded two businesses, one in the motion control sector and an operational consulting firm focused on improving product development and operational performance.
Tom received an MBA in Finance from Bentley University following a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Nik Karnik joined Analogic in October of 2026 as part of the combination with Leidos' SES business. Nik serves as President, Ports, Borders & Cargo at Analogic. In this role, Nik leads the global Ports, Borders & Cargo business, overseeing strategy, operations, product management, program execution, and customer engagement.
Nik previously served as Vice President, Security Enterprise Solutions Business Area Manager for Leidos. In this role, Nik managed the global operation which designs, develops, manufactures and services non-intrusive inspection systems that are used in aviation, customs, borders and critical infrastructure applications. Leidos has deployed and supports more than 32,000+ security solutions deployed across 130+ countries worldwide.
Nik has also previously served as Vice President, Global Security Products Division Manager, Ports and Borders Division Manager, and Senior Strategic Marketing Director. Prior to joining Leidos, Nik was the Chief Product Officer at The Armored Group (TAG). He also spent 15 years at Smiths Detection and Morpho Detection (acquired by Smiths Detection) in various senior product management and strategy roles.
