Executive Team

The executive management team at Analogic is comprised of:
Tom Ripp
Chief Executive Officer

Before joining Analogic in 2018, Tom held several senior leadership positions at L3 Technologies, a leading provider of a broad range of communication, electronic, and sensor systems used on military, homeland security, and commercial platforms. Most recently, Tom served as senior vice president of Security Solutions at L3. Prior to that he was sector president, Security Group and, before that, president, Security and Detection Systems. Tom received an MBA from Hofstra University following a BA from the College of Holy Cross.

Andrew Prete
Senior Vice President, Power Technologies

Andrew joined Analogic in 2020. In 2022, Andrew became chief of staff and vice president of strategy.

A senior leader with deep experience in strategy development and deployment, M&A execution, and operational excellence, he has held various operations, general manager, strategy, and corporate development roles throughout a 22-year career.

Before joining Analogic, Andrew was senior vice president of strategy and M&A at Sanmina. Prior to that he was vice president of operations for Melrose Industries. While acting as vice president of operations for Melrose, he acted as the interim president of Broan-NuTone, LLC, one of Melrose’s portfolio companies. Prior to Melrose’s acquisition of Nortek, Andrew worked for Nortek in numerous progressive roles, from legal counsel to vice president of corporate development.

​He received his BA from Holy Cross and his JD from Roger Williams University.

Will Rousmaniere
Chief Financial Officer

Will joined Analogic in 2012 as finance director for the company’s Ultrasound Business. In 2015 he was named senior director, financial planning and analysis. Prior to joining Analogic, Will was director of finance, precision motion and technologies at GSI Group (now Novanta), and held multiple financial leadership roles at Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates (now a division of Applied Materials) as well as financial and operational roles at a number of technology start-ups. He earned an MBA in finance and accounting from New York University, Stern School of Business, and a BA in Economics from Cornell University and was a Certified Public Accountant.

Steve Urchuk
Chief Technology Officer, Imaging & Detection

Steve serves as chief technology officer, overseeing Analogic’s technology strategy and advanced development activities. His career has focused on the development systems and software for medical imaging, aviation security, and law enforcement applications. After joining Analogic in 1996 as an engineer/project manager, he held a variety of positions in engineering and program management including, most recently, vice president of systems engineering for the company’s Medical CT and Aviation Security businesses.

He graduated from the University of Toronto with a bachelor of science degree in engineering science and a Ph.D. in medical biophysics, and holds an MBA from the D’Amore-McKim school of business at Northeastern University.

LeeAnn Levesque
Vice President, Business Development & Chief Diversity Officer

LeeAnn joined Analogic in 2020 and holds the position of vice president of business development and chief diversity officer.  LeeAnn has over 25 years of domestic and international business development and executive management experience in diverse industries such as telecommunications, homeland security, defense, and aerospace.  Prior to joining the company, she was vice president, business development, Defense/Aerospace/Space/Security at Sanmina Corporation, a global manufacturing organization. Before Sanmina, LeeAnn held the position of President & CEO of SureScan Corporation for more than a decade, a company that developed and certified a stationary gantry, multi-energy explosive detection system (EDS) for hold baggage.  LeeAnn began her career in the telecommunications industry with Bolt, Beranek, & Newman in Stuttgart, Germany.

LeeAnn earned her bachelor of arts degree in Business Administration from Methodist University.

John Oelschlaeger
Vice President, Government & Customer Programs

John joined Analogic in 2018 as vice president, security products and programs. In 2022, John became vice president of government & customer programs. Prior to joining the company, he was president of Finish Well Partners, a management consulting practice. Before starting FWP, John held positions as senior vice president, program management for L3 Security and Detection Systems and SVP, general manager, for L-3 Communications’ CyTerra Corporation. John began his career as a systems engineer with Honeywell Aerospace and Defense, where he served for over 25 years in a variety of engineering, product line, and business leadership roles.

John received his BSEE from Valparaiso University, and an MBA, with a concentration in strategic management, from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

W. Christopher Bade
Chief Operations Officer, Imaging & Detection

Chris has been a leader within the medical and security imaging industries for over 25 years. In 2022, Chris became vice president and general manager, security products and services. Before joining Analogic in 2019, he held various executive positions at L3 Technologies, most recently as the vice president and general manager, global service for the Security & Detection Systems division. He also led international sales and business development and ran the division process for acquisition of Implant Sciences and McDonald Humfrey Automation for the Security & Detection Systems division. His experience also includes division, group president and corporate staff positions with L3 and Raytheon. Chris achieved the rank of Captain in the United States Marine Corps.

Chris received a bachelor of science in geology/geophysics from Boston College and an MBA in general management from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.

Hiep Tran
Chief Technology Officer, Power Technologies

Hiep Tran has over 25 years of leadership experience in product research and development. In 2022, Hiep became vice president of engineering and technical programs. Before joining Analogic in 2019, he was senior director of engineering and programs for L3 Technologies, Security and Detection Systems. Hiep received a BS in mechanical engineering from Boston University and an MS and PhD in mechanical engineering from Tufts University.

Jason Plante
Vice President Medical Imaging

Jason has over 20 years’ experience in medical imaging technologies with a focus on CT. He joined Analogic in 2015 as senior director, product management in the medical CT group. Before then, he was vice president of marketing for Alpha Imaging and led the global CT product portfolio at Philips Healthcare.

Jason received a BS in electrical engineering from Grove City College and an MBA in marketing and finance from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Dennis Sykes
Chief Operations Officer, Power Technologies

Dennis has been a leader in motion control sales and operations for over 22 years. He joined Copley Controls in 2000 and served in a variety of operational roles before transitioning to sales in 2011. As the Distribution Manager, Dennis successfully managed a sales channel of 75 global distributors. In 2019, Dennis became the Director of Sales for Copley Controls. In 2022, Dennis became Vice President of Copley Motion. Dennis attended Boston University and UMmass Lowell’s Manning  School of Business.
