RoHS-Compliant Manufacturing Capabilities:

Most of the products we manufacture, such as data acquisition systems and detectors, require a very high level of reliability because they are used in equipment that is “permanently installed.” For this reason, most of our medical equipment is excluded from the scope of the European Union’s (EU) RoHS Directive, which limits the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. In spite of this exception, our goal is to be RoHS compliant, in our processes and in the components we use, whenever possible. We currently have a number of RoHS-compliant products in development, including water-cooled RF amplifiers for MR.

Agile Structure

Each of our manufacturing and service locations is equipped with research and development, design, advanced manufacturing, and test engineering capabilities, which enable unparalleled time-to-market metrics for the products we engineer. Our highly trained workforce thrives in a low-volume, high-mix environment, designed to promote lean flows and structure.

Transparent Organization

We employ an interactive, visual- and metrics-driven management system that allows for collaboration across our extended enterprise. Through state-of-the-art information systems, our processes are highly automated to drive quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.

Quality & Kaizen Culture

We have designed and implemented a quality management system (QMS) that meets the requirements of (and, where necessary, has been certified to) the following standards:

  • ISO13485 – Medical Devices, Quality Management Systems
  • ISO9001 – Quality Management Systems
  • 21 CFR Part 820 – FDA Quality System Regulation
  • CMDR - Canadian Medical Device Regulation
  • MDD 93/42/EEC – European Medical Device Directive
  • CCC – China Compulsory Certificate

These certifications and our compliance with guiding policies demonstrate our commitment to provide our customers with best-in-class quality products.
