Florida Orthopaedic Institute Decides on ANEXA
Selenium II Technology Makes the Difference

PEABODY, MASS. (August 3, 2006)–John Ross, Vice President, Marketing of ANEXA Corporation, said today that Florida Orthopaedic Institute (FOI) announced its decision to purchase two additional ANEXA SyneRad™ OMNI Digital Radiography (DR) systems. FOI has purchased several DR systems from different manufacturers, and has determined that the ANEXA SyneRad OMNI system is the optimal choice for digital radiographic orthopedic imaging.

Kim Goldman, FOI’s Radiology Manager, says “This is the only X-ray room in our Brandon facility where we do up to 180 radiographic exams per day.  The ANEXA system’s reliability and image quality have been outstanding.”

According to Dr. Marc Weinstein, who specializes in spinal surgery at FOI, superior image quality was the deciding factor in FOI’s latest purchase from ANEXA.

Florida Orthopaedic Institute is widely acclaimed as a leader in comprehensive orthopedic services. A professional staff of more than 500 supports 30 physicians based in a 100,000 sq. ft. facility on a 12-acre campus with 8 other locations in the Tampa area.
