ANALOGIC CORPORATION ANNOUNCES
DANIEL J. WEBSTER, JR. AS INTERIM PRESIDENT
FOR CAMTRONICS MEDICAL SYSTEMS
PEABODY, MA (December 13, 2004) John Wood, President and CEO of Analogic Corporation (NASDAQ: ALOGE), announced today that Daniel J. Webster, Jr. has been appointed Interim President of Camtronics Medical Systems, succeeding Eugene Bergholz, who has left the employ of the Company. John McKinnon, Vice President and Controller of Camtronics, also recently left the employ of the Company.
Wood said that Webster is very well qualified to lead Camtronics. Dan is a seasoned chief executive officer. He most recently served as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Quest Technologies, Inc., a leader in the design and manufacture of high-quality instruments and services for occupational health, safety, and environmental markets. Prior to that, he held several positions, including divisional president and general manager with PerkinElmer, a leading technology company in the life and analytical science markets. Wood added that Jack Cohen, Analogics Director of Internal Audit, will serve as acting Controller for Camtronics while a search is conducted to find a replacement for that position.
