ANEXA CORPORATION SELECTS ALPHA IMAGING

(Peabody, MA, August 2, 2004) – Dennis Runyan, Vice President of Sales & Service at ANEXA Corporation, announced today that ANEXA has selected two major new regional distributors for its growing product family of next-generation digital imaging equipment. Alpha Imaging, of Willoughby, Ohio, is the exclusive distributor for the Ohio Valley region, and X-Ray Inc. of Rhode Island (XRI) is ANEXA’s exclusive, full-service distributor for the six New England states. These two well known firms join Capital X-Ray, of Tallassee, Alabama, ANEXA’s exclusive distributor in the five-state Southeast region, and a network of ANEXA’s direct sales and service reps.

Alpha Imaging, the exclusive regional distributor for several major medical manufacturers, maintains a staff of 17 factory-trained service personnel serving nationally recognized healthcare facilities, community-based hospitals, and private-practice outpatient centers in the Ohio Valley.
