(PEABODY, MA, November 26, 2003) - Analogic Corporation (NASDAQ: ALOG) announced today the establishment of Anexa Corporation to market and sell advanced digital imaging solutions to select markets in the U.S. Anexa, based in Wilmington, MA, is a provider of complete integrated digital imaging solutions incorporating:

• Innovative Digital Radiography (DR) Systems
• Advanced Application Software
• Desktop Computed Radiography Systems
• Other key products from industry-leading OEMs

John Wood, President and CEO of Analogic, said that Anexa will meet the needs of select markets that were not being addressed by the major OEM suppliers. Wood added, “Analogic is characterized by its valued OEM relationships and its ability to bring certain leading technologies to those relationships. A significant segment of its business has also been in niche-market, end-user sales through subsidiaries such as Camtronics and B-K Medical. These niche-market sales are a useful adjunct to our OEM business and have allowed Analogic to continue to make significant investments in a broad range of medical imaging technologies. These activities also serve to provide a richer understanding of the end-user environment, which enhances our ability to serve as an even stronger OEM partner. As a result of consultations with our OEM partners, it is believed that Anexa will offer them an important new channel of distribution to address these small but important digital imaging markets. We are therefore confident that our financial and technological support of Anexa will benefit both end users and our OEM customers.”
