Return Material Procedure

To return a defective product to Analogic, you will need to obtain a Customer Service Order (CSO) number from our Customer Service Division.

The Service Coordinator requires the following information to process your request / order:

The Service Coordinator will then inform you of the Customer Service Order (CSO) number, the warranty or non-warranty status of the units being returned, and of any repair charge. The CSO number is your return authorization number.

All returned material must be shipped to the following address:

Important:
Please reference your CSO number on both your purchase order and the shipping label.

After the units have been returned to Analogic, you will receive the Customer Acknowledgement
copy of the CSO, with a scheduled return date to the customer.
