Preventive Maintenance (PM)

On-site monthly, semi-annual, and annual factory recommended PM to ensure your scanner is maintained for maximum operational availability and reliability.

24/7/365 Technical Support

Around-the-clock remote operational and technical support from knowledgeable and experienced technical support engineers (TSEs).

Installation and Relocation Services

Pre-installation site surveys to determine permit requirements and readiness of the site in terms of power and environmental requirements, networking capability (if applicable), operating station layouts, system accessibility and clearances, and rig-in/rig-out planning. These services also include the receipt, movement, installation, and testing of the scanner.

Documentation Services

Comprehensive product documentation services, including operator, maintenance, service, installation, and Illustrated Parts List (IPL) manuals, supported by Field Change Notifications (FCNs) when required.

Corrective Maintenance (CM)

On-site troubleshooting and repair services, with direct access to design engineers if required.
