Corporate Counsel - Req # 2471
As primary attorney for assigned business and functional units in the Analogic organization, you will provide legal support for these units’ activities and partner with our senior leadership team to provide business-oriented legal advice in our high technology, public company environment. You will collaborate with in-house clients to structure technology-related transactions, including license agreements, development and supply agreements, and other customer- and vendor-facing relationships with domestic and international counterparties. A key component of this position requires that you review, draft, and negotiate related legal documents. In addition, you will evaluate and present legal advice relating to new business opportunities, including acquisitions and divestitures, and provide training on legal issues relevant to our business.
