For Your Health and Well-Being

  • Medical Coverage – Analogic offers medical insurance plans through Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Coverage begins on your first day of employment.
  • Dental Coverage – A comprehensive dental plan is available through Delta Dental. Coverage begins on your first day of employment.
  • Vision Program – Our vision program is through UnitedHealthcare. Coverage begins on your first day of employment.
  • Life Insurance – The Company provides basic life insurance equal to your base salary (up to $250,000), fully paid by Analogic. Employees can also purchase additional coverage for themselves and their dependents.
  • Disability Coverage – Analogic provides a salary continuation for short-term, non-work-related illness or injury. Long-term disability insurance is also available. Coverage begins after six months of employment.

For Your Future

  • 401(k) Plan – Analogic provides a 401(k) plan through which you can accumulate a tax deferred retirement account. Employees are 100% vested and eligible to participate in the plan after 30 days of employment. After six months of employment, the Company matches 100% of the first 4% that each employee saves.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan – Eligible employees can purchase Analogic Corporation stock at a 15% discount through payroll deductions.
  • Educational Assistance – We encourage continuing educational development by reimbursing up to $5,250 in approved tuition and related expenses each year.

  • Vacation – Employees accrue 15 to 20 days per year, based on length of service.
  • Holidays – Employees enjoy 10 paid holidays per year.
